Life Drawings
The beauty of the lines of the human body express special moments that are kept on paper. Time stops and the drawings of these women come alive; spirit and lines become one, communication and expression of feelings can be observed.
When I work with life models, I love working with inks because of the speed of the line. The ink permits me to draw quickly and precisely, so that I can capture a special moment.
After working for many years with life models, what became important to me was more than the technique itself--to be able to understand a moment or the mood of the person I was drawing, and put it on paper. I add my creative imagination to these characters and it is a pleasure for me to share these captured moments with you.
